Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with a customer that XO Communications and I have in common who is seeing outrageous latency. I’ve tried to submit a request via the XO website, but it appears their automated form is broken. If an XO support rep can contact me off-list I’d appreciate it; or if anyone has a direct email contact for XO Business Support, please email me personally and I’ll buy you a virtual beer.
