Does anyone know what's up/down with NCS's web server?
Their network connection seems to be alive, but no response
from any of their public web servers.

I am able to reach NCS' web from here in DC., PA area, TX., and CA.,
locations as well. It might have been a server service interruption
(reboot) problem.
