At approximately 7:45 pm CST there was a rather large fiber cut outside
an Ameritech CO at the corner of Wells and Franklin in downtown Chicago.

Correction, that should be on Washington between Wells and Franklin.
Wells and Franklin don't intersect.
A fiber splicing truck is onsite now.
