Anyone know if Verizon/Alter.net is experiencing some issues? We're seeing some big latency issues to one of our sites in the Pacific.

My first thought would be congestion in one direction or the other on that link between VZB and Allstream. Those would be the best places to start your investigation, if you're a customer of either provider.
