SunGard contact in Boston datacenter?

Anybody from SunGard lurking?

We're observing major packet loss on an AT&T link to SunGard
router in Boston.

We have a SaaS vendor behind that router, and the application is all but
unusable. The SaaS vendor's support staff aren't able to address the issue
with SunGard (or don't know how).
