Suggestions for ASP colo space that will be around in 3 years?

We're being booted from one of our main colo data centers by C&W closing down that facility.

Our main priorities for picking a new data center to locate in are:
1. not having to move again within three years
2. physical security (or at least the impression thereof. We don't have unprotected consoles or anything, but as an ASP, we need an impressive facility for dog and pony shows.)
3. multiple providers (preferably carrier neutral, but so long as we can get 1Gb from another provider, even if via something like Telseon, that's OK.)

Our other main datacenter is in an Equinix site, so for risk management, we don't want to go into any other Equinix site.

So anyone have any insight as to who will be around within 3 years?

Thanks

Steve, I feel confident that we'll be around for 3 years; however, our
facility is not elegant, it's industrial in every sense of the word. If
you feel the need to be elegant I'll gladly throw in a string of pearls
with your order

Should have mentioned - West Coast. Currently in San Jose area. LA would be OK, too.

PAIX has a switch at 200 Paul Street, San Francisco (which is excellent for
dogs and ponies, since there's no wasted money on man traps but there's a
huge investment and obvious attention to detail everywhere else.)

There's also Telehouse, in Santa Clara and Los Angeles. (I'm not suggesting
PAIX Palo Alto because if you're an ASP you probably want more than 10 racks
and you're probably planning to generate "host-level" heat from all of them.)

None of those places will be kicking anybody out, within three years, or
likely ever. (The qualification you should be looking for is "cash positive.")

Elsewhere in San Francisco, the landlord of Abovenet's old 365 Main facility
is planning to reopen it -- see www.365inc.com for some details. (The meet-me
room there was originally built to be a PAIX, and we were very proud of it.)

So anyone have any insight as to who will be around within 3 years?

probably us, and people like us:

We fail the 'dog and pony show' aspect...
Our place is functional and comfortable, not a futuristic showplace.

Our business is not only cash flow positive, but EVERYTHING is paid for.
land, building, equipment, generator.. except 3 vehicles.

Our employees are reasonably well paid, a little older and experienced
  and not frazzled.

Security: Manned 24/7/365 and _NO-ONE_ is un-escorted in the colo space.
We're also armed to the teeth.

We've also been in business since 1989, and on-net since 1994 under the
same owners, management and core geeks.

We're in a non-glamourous telco heavy neighborhood.. Worldcom, Williams,
Sprint, Quest, etc.. all are neighbors. Not the sales office, the
  switches.
