All of the fiber cuts Sprint, WorldCom, Cable and Wireless and a few
other IXC vendors is just outside of Baltimore, MD. Varying degrees
of damage.

Our 800 and 888 numbers through C&W T's have been offline all day. Its
somewhere along the Balt/NY coridor.
Just an amusing note.. seems that the Wcom/Sprint fiber cut yesterday was
along the railroad about 1/2 a mile from the office here in MD. I saw the
trucks fixing the fiber last night. Seemed to be like the State Road
crews.. lots of guys standing around and one guy working.
