The true jerks who used HE to bypass geo-lockout
probably changed to something else the next day.
But we suffer still. The FCC or some other
federal entity probably needs to step in.
Well, they have to power to push out net neutrality. This intentional blocking of tunneling customers because their crap method of geo-location can't be used and thus hinders advancement of the internet (IPv6) is something that should disallowed. Or a good candidate for class action suit.

you omitted the "in my opinion."
the facts are that
o netflix is under serious pressure from media, from whom they have
i lot of legal pain, to restrict distribution geographically. you
may want to take this up with the media folk.
o tunnels, including HE's, prevent neflix from geolocating the user.
o the HE v6 tunnels are a hack which, while it helps many folk get
almost-ipv6, is still a hack and has many undiserable consequences.
this is only one. for many folk, the benefits are worth the
consequences. this does not make the sow's ear into a silk purse.
o screaming at netflix may be cathartic, but it ain't gonna get you or
anyone else anywhere. but i guess nanog needs the message traffic.
