Just got off the phone with Level(3)... "Bonnie". She's saying that they
are experiencing a large-scale routing problem (duh) and that they estimate
one more hour...
In Italy service has been restored at 9.39 CET, or at least my BGP sessions came up at that time. Traffic is flowing fine, I can reach USA and all other locations with no trouble. .
