I'm hoping someone here can reach out to me from the department that deals
with automatically blocking IPs. As far as I can tell they're all in the
same /24. The phone support is completely worthless in this situation (I'm
supposed to change my ISP).

Good luck with that! Sony is uniquely difficult to deal with when it comes to the arrogance of their "security" people at PSN.
Which is kinda funny when you think about it.

If you're referring to me, yes.
I received a message from a person in the last few minutes and before that
what I understand now is an automated message. I was told they use the
ARIN Abuse contact for automated notification. The job runs daily (I got
mine around 9PM Eastern yesterday) and will batch IP addresses.
