He is removed but he still harasses everyone. Do what I do, auto respond to his messages telling him to not email you then forward to abuse@. He will get the hint.
He's also just stopped short of cart00neying me after I told him where to shove his e-mails. It got to the point hes not only in the AHBL, but in my exim filters.
Due to peoples' responses, I see only half of this thread, since I've blocked emails from Dean. This is still one-half more of this thread than I really want to see.
Let's all agree to let this thread die.

This is a common misunderstanding of the personality type.
Your recommendation is based on the assumption that you are dealing with a predominantly rational person, according to a "normal" sense of rational.
In reality, these situations occur with someone who thrives on getting any sort of reaction at all.
Much like the claim that there is no such thing as bad publicity, this sort of person enjoys any and all interaction, no matter how distasteful and dissuading a 'normal' person might find it.
The only response that works -- and even this is not guaranteed -- is shunning.
Drop the message. Do not respond. Ever.

He cannot post. The only reason you see his drivel is because people who are not banned "reply-all" and CC the list.
