Anyone home with BGP/Routing access? I opened a ticket last Friday. As a gigabit ethernet customer with a rather simple problem on your end of the BGP config, it'd be nice to actually get some kind of response beyond
"Your customer issue has been entered as Change Request #..."
BTW...either my inoc-dba foo is weak (quite possible...I've used it so little), or
