Pacific Bell seems to have a larger Frame Relay cloud problem
in the San Francisco Bay Area. Many dedicated PBI customers
are affected by it. Outage started around 11:15am PDT and as
of 1:50PM PDT they have no ETR.
Update as of 3:20pm PDF:
"Dedicated customers in the San Francisco Bay Area may experience
intermittant connectivity. Our engineers are aware of the problem
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
and are working on it."
Now its not intermittant loss ....
