Don't see them on the NOC list, can't reach them, can't dig out a contact
address from alternate connectivity using lynx on their website.

If you're from jump.net.uk, drop me a line here about reaching
216.220.96.0/19 via Level3.

That's some fairly excessive pre-pending!

I think you'll find that's why your route is being filtered.
