Optical routes from MI-OH regionals

Hi,

Looking for someone who might have routes (lit or dark) from Detroit, MI to Columbus, OH preferably using a straight’ish shot from Toledo to Columbus. Most routes I’ve seen from the larger providers tend to run Toledo - Lima - Columbus or Toledo - Cleveland - Columbus, so I’m hoping a smaller regional player may have something more direct.
