Would anybody like to join me for a run on Monday night and/or late afternoon Tuesday? I’d welcome suggestions on good running areas or groups. Here is what I’m thinking:

Atlanta Running Meetup on Monday night. I’ve never run with this group before, but, it usually is fun to meet new people!

7:00PM Monday: Meet at Park Tavern

Tuesday I’ll probably run in the late afternoon, but, just somewhere local. I’d like to get a run in and still get back in time for the Beer ‘N Gear.

There is a rail-trail just east of the hotels that a round trip can get you up to 12 miles (to the end of it and back). Also has New Realm Brewing right off the trail.

Also, what is your pace for the Tuesday run?

My preferred pace is around 9-10 minutes/mile, but, could do faster or slower.
