Would anybody be interested in a group run either tonight (Monday) from 5-6:30 PM or tomorrow (Tuesday) AM @ 7 AM? I’m fairly open in terms of pace and route. If folks want some inclines we can do Mont Royal Park. If not, we can head down toward the river.
Hi! I was planning on running both Tues and Wed mornings. Wanted to hit the River Tues and Mt Royal Park Wed. I was going to leave the hotel at 7:30 AM. We can meet by the checkin desk in the lobby. I’m looking for anything around 7-9 minute/mile pace (on flat) and a distance of 12k-16k total.
@brentnowak the river sounds good to me for tomorrow morning. I’ll pass on Wednesday as it needs to be a light day for me.
