Hi Stephane and the list,

The NANOG mailing list has a policy to hold the first post from all new
subscribers and those who have not posted in a long time (one year+).
As it is a manual process to clear the moderation flag on subscribers
and release the messages, it us up to a few humans that will take some
time away on occasion. We find it is best to release the messages late
when this does happen. Sorry for the delay.

So, the batch of messages which has just been "liberated" were all by
newcomers?
