I’m running every morning at NANOG 89/ARIN 49 on the bike path and its associated paths this week. My pace for Wednesday and Friday will be about 8:00/mile, but can go about a minute faster or up to 2 minutes slower to accommodate a group. I’ll probably just be going 4 miles.
Tuesday I’ll be doing a fartlek (2 hard, 1 easy for a mile and a half or so) with warmup/cooldown, and Thursday I plan on doing a 3 mile progression run, 7:30 → 7:15 → 7:00. These will be less flexible pace wise, but I welcome anyone who wants to tag along.
I leave just about sun up, around 7:00AM. Hit me up if you wanna run!
