Sun Microsystems occupied 2 whole floors of one tower of the WTC.

One of my friends was scheduled for "Sun Fire" training on the 20th floor
9am this morning. He ended up dodging falling debris from the second
crash. Terrifying.

According to my sources inside Sun, everyone from their offices got out
OK. That was the word he had when I spoke to him at around 11:45pm -400
on the 11th.
One question: are there any survivors that made it down to ground level
from floors above the point of impact? Or were all of those people
trapped in their offices?

Yes, there was an interview with a survivor from the 82nd floor (not sure
which tower, but that should be above the impact point in both) who said
they and everyone on their floor made it out. Also, at least one of the
people pulled out of the rubble alive was above the impact point when it
collapsed.

Reports on ABC earlier today indicate at least 3 people made it down from
104 on the north tower.

both towers are 110 stories... The north tower impact was above the 90th
floor. the south tower appears to be around 70 or lower...
