It appears that the connections between ames and the rest
of mae-w are totally dead... We have a new connection to
ames and an old one to the giga's.... I have tested with both,
and on the ames side, all ames peers come up, and on the
giga side, all giga peers come up.I am attempting to contact mfs now.
Many things are dead at MAE-West. We have an interface now giving
over 98% packet loss (i.e. BGP doesn't come up).
