Does anyone have a recommendation for a provider who can service the west coast of Ecuador at speeds 100Mbps - 1Gbps?

Communications(former Teleglobe) and LANautilus(TI/Sparkle).
Possible local providers could be TelcoNet (private) or CNT
(government-owned).

These look like the top three to me:

AS 14420 CNT
AS 14552 Satnet Ecuador
AS 19169 Telconet SA

My favorite search engine says that CNT is the incumbent.
