I'm looking for something akin to this list from AOL

Now if I read that page, it's no longer available for public access, if
you purchase it, it may be of some use for you.. other than that, I do not
know.

available via rsync:

You can use grepcidr with BGP data if you need to
split the lists by ASN.

However for blocking incoming SMTP at the moment it
may be more effective to simply use the Spamhaus XBL
and basic HELO sanity checks.
