Level3 Fiber Cut

Somebody affected by a Level3 fiber between Boston and New York ?


Does anybody else has BGP problems with Savvis today?

They are usually very proactive on any problems, call me even for 20
second interruptions but today my BGP session has been dead for probably
5-6 hours (and effectively my ability to use Savvis as upstream provider),
I called them 3 hours ago and still to hear back from anyone. And I'm
fairly certain its something on their side, I'v done 0 changes in BGP
setup & filters in the last days/weeks and already rebooted router just
in case. Very strange for them to be so unresponsive... Wonder if anyone
know what is going on?
