I think it just may be front end services that are impacted. I'm able to send/receive mail through my BB BIS gmail account.

Seems to work with IMAP/SMTP, but no luck on the web UI in boston.
pop.gmail.com is answering on port 995 (pop3 ssl) as well, so I think it's safe to assume this is probably a httpd-side problem.
