Sigh.
I don't understand how you can deny that the IANA effort is a contracted
function in the InterNIC contract and that ISI is in this function a
contractor.
Please spend a bit of time figuring out what the IANA is, how long it
has existed, and how much money NSI paid to support the IANA in the
past.
Hint: Fleming isn't a good source.
But please don't do your research via NANOG.
