Yes, problem was my prefix was routed wrong.. so trying to get to the site was tedious and would have required turning off IPv6 only to turn it on later and whatever so .. yeah :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, it's sorted now. Thanks HE guys :slight_smile: At least I know the support address now.
