Hulu and HBO

When I fire up their streams, they come from Level3 IPs. Can anyone confirm that Hulu and HBO come from Level 3 and not just someone that has the box I was talking to on Level3's network?

I know Netflix has caching boxes that the ISP can install. Perhaps Hulu and
HBO have or do the same thing?

I believe HBO is using MLB's network.
