I am getting word that the Qwest Houston TeraPOP is down, due to flooding.
Is this true, and does anyone know of anything else from down there?

I had to re-route a customer around a Houston based datacenter
provider. I can't name the provider because while we provide better
services, they throw more money at attorneys than we do. (This instance
may be the reason for that!)
