Fusion Splicer

Dear Member,

Anyone can recommend a reliable and "affordable" fusion splicer please?

It depends on what you mean by affordable.... and how much you're going to
use it.

Hi Shawn,

Maybe 3K USD but i am open to any recommendation.

The usage is going to be almost daily

It seems Fujikura is the top contender

We have the 70S, it's pretty awesome. We paid around $15K CAD new. You might want to look for the 12S or 19S if the price is an issue. I believe you can also find them refurbished.

We have a 17S, and are very happy with it. We paid a little more than $8K for ours new, and used units should be available for quite a bit less these days.
