Credit where it's due: I note that PSI is currently
announcing 206.0.0.0/13 with no more-specific prefixes.
While I have had my differences with PSI, particularly
wrt allocations made in The Swamp, I feel I have to praise
them for doing a remarkably good job of aggregation in
their newer CIDR blocks.
