I've been trying to contact Fastly for over a month to setup a bgp peering session with them, but I haven't gotten a response from three separate emails. They say they "Have a selective but generally open peering policy"
If I haven't gotten any response should I just take that as a "No"?
FWIW emailed me and wanted to peer and then said file a ticket. I filed a ticket and they never responded.
Then when I log in to the ISP portal it suggests I should peer with them and file a ticket.
Fastly has an ISP portal? This is news to me since it’s not listed on the peering page of their website

Elijah, last I spoke to someone from Fastly after posting here they had mentioned that bilateral sessions are only possible after 500Mbps 95%ile of traffic, otherwise they still advertise and accept prefixes over routeservers. If you aren’t reaching that, I’d assume it’s a no.
Whoops sorry - “Google emailed me”.
Probably so. I sent them an email and had no issues turning up a PNI… but our traffic from them was/is pretty heavy, resulting in very high consumption of IX ports.
