DACS (DXC) failure disrupts service in 16 Ohio counties

Has anyone come up with a solution for the DACS problem? Whenever
a telco has a DACS failure, it usually disrupts telephone services
for 8-12 hours across a large geographic area.

Don't know, but maybe that affected some Wiltel circuits that were having big time problems today.
Some circuits stopped doing clocking and it took awhile for them to get the problem
solved.
