Comcast email block list human point of contact...

I have tried numerous times to get a couple of different IPs of mailservers (our corporate mail server as well as a few of our customers'). I have gone through the web page automated removal process, and each time I do, I receive notice that the blocks have been removed, but then test emails sent to comcast.net still fail.

I would like to talk to an actual person who can actually help get this resolved.
