Club-Internet/T-Online France

No, it doesn't. The abuse@club-internet.fr denied that 212.194.0.0/16
belongs to them, and they told me to "talk to the real provider, not
club-internet.fr".

The RIPE data for that block actually doesn't list abuse@club-internet.fr
as a contact. Have you tried the addresses actually listed with that
block:

ripe@t-online.fr,vox@t-online.fr

Neither looks like an abuse address, but hopefully they can forward
complaints to the appropriate people.

You apparently missed the output saying:

You apparently missed the output saying:
----
remarks: **********************************************************
remarks: Please send all abuse reports to : abuse@club-internet.fr
remarks: **********************************************************
----

(true, this is only listed for 2 of the 18 blocks that `whois -h
whois.ripe.net T-ONLINEFRANCE|grep inetnum` returns, but I can see why Dan
tried contacting that address.)

That's easy to miss when it's not there. This is all the ouptut I got
from whois 212.194.0.0@whois.ripe.net

Well, what kind of abuse?
The whole 212.194.0.0/16 is customer ADSL access
and abuse@club-internet.fr works very well.

No, it doesn't. The abuse@club-internet.fr denied that 212.194.0.0/16
belongs to them, and they told me to "talk to the real provider, not
club-internet.fr".

It may make you laugh, or grin, but, yesterday, and maybe today, all Paris
mass transportations system were (and maybe still is) on strike, and no one
read abuse mail yesterday, as the ppl doing it could not get to work. I
hope they'll be today.
That could explain why you don't have any news from them.
