when given a new configuration,
does not thrash all your bgp sessions etc., but slides smoothly to the new
state.
We have fixed several bugs related to several BGP commands that would
cause unnecessary reset of BGP sessions. If you find any new bugs in
this area, please let us know and we will fix them.
