Bandwidth for a weekend @ Gaylord National Harbor, DC metro area

I help with an event at the Gaylord at National Harbor in Maryland. It's a music and video gaming festival. The network team for the event is looking for options on getting bandwidth for ~5 days across a weekend at the hotel. RF or handoff in building.

The large array of clearwire modems isn't cutting it any more.

Looking for pointers I can give them. Please email off-list.

Thanks!

the katsucon folks do this hotel yearly... maybe finding them would be useful?

WISPA.ORG would be a good resource.

I'm not sure of te topology around there, but you can get these 2.4Ghz
dishes for *cheap* (I got one at a hamfest for $20 - spent as much on the
rp-sma converter cost almost as much). If someone (or a colo) is near
there, you might convince them to put up the same thing and work with that.
I think you'd be ok with a amateur radio operator since you're non-profit
(and should only need one since they'd be the control for the remote
station).

If you setup legistics and aren't the same weekend as Shmoo (I think you
are) I can help with that setup and check the regs and use my callsign.
