you made the claim, lets see the data behind it

its up to the claimant to support it with data, not for others to
disprove it.

Ok, you win. I withdraw the claim. Blocking Netbios ports will solve
the world's problems. It will be just as successful as blocking port 25
was at solving the spam problem.
