Sadly, probably not. AUP violations are a civil, not a criminal matter. Fraud, OTOH, is a criminal matter.

In the US, at least, people don’t go to prison for civil matters.

It _is_ interesting that this was an IPv4 black market crime. Think of all the smaller black marketeers dealing in IPv4 trafficking.
