Does anyone know if there is public sources for network data that can be use to train model? If not public, can someone provide access for research and all data confidentially rights will be preserved.

What data, and what model? What problem are you trying to solve by training
a model?
Hint: A model trained on data from Comcast's network is probably going to
explode when you try to apply it to Google's internal network, because network
design and conditions will be vastly different.
