Hogwash. The US laws prevent only the US Agency from spying on it's
citizens. There is nothing that prevents the other Echelon partners (I
beleive they are Austrailia, Britian, and New Zealand) from doing the
spying and sharing the results.

does anybody recognize those addresses and suggest what might be out? (and
if so, any idea about restoral activities going on)
I've got access via ATT Broadband (on the 24.128.0.0/16) and it was working
fine last night (at least up until 1am EST when I went to bed...)
and appears to be up right now...
