If there is a suit, it would most likely not be against the Internic,
it would be against the porn sites...

Tell the respective companies, let them handle it. InterNIC won't get
involved except by court order (as a rule), so they'll probably have to get
their legal staff on it (assuming they care).

Spam(tm) is pressed meat. Spammers should be too.
