Verio NOC ?

How does a non-customer contact Verio's NOC? I can't get through their
phone maze without an account number and emails bounce back because I didn't
include a valid account number in the subject :expressionless:

I'm not sure who you're calling but +1 888 598-3746 or +1 214 290-8545
is what we normally use. They usually pick on the first ring, not bad
IMO.

http://www.pch.net/inoc-dba/ should really help you in this sort of thing.

If you have an AS, you can get yourself an inoc-dba phone, and as you can see there are several people from large carriers / exchange points etc - clueful people - who have inoc-dba phones.

normally this is useful, oddly even though the upstream for puck is verio
there is no listing for verio/2914 ? Perhaps someone from Verio could add
themselves? or perhaps puck's hostmaster could? :slight_smile:
