At 7:22 PM EST, we lost all routing & DNS our upstream; Spacelab.Net (Verio
NYC). Calls to1-888-837-4628 (Verio Customer Care Center) result in a
message stating that "Verio New York City is currently experiencing
technical difficulties which prevent you from accessing the internet.
Engineers are working on the problem."
Calls to our provider, SpaceLab result in no one picking up, even on their
LAN Support Lines and after hours pager.
Anyone else out there in NYC using Verio and having problems?
