UUNet Routing SNAFU

Randy Bush writes...

why not just be lazy and filter A space on /19? and B space on /16 to /19
depending on your religion? and then folk with no real work to do can have
fun religious wars over what to do in C space.

Is A space allocated in chunks of /19 or larger?

As far as I know the registries are sticking to the standard
assignment practices with subneted A space, which means /19 or shorter
prefixes. Even if they aren't, as many people as possible should put
such filters to help keep routing table size down.
