The differences between digitals exchange and MAE-LA seem to be
limited to these items:Digital is escorted
MAE-LA is not (things are caged at MAELA)
Digital is escorted if your racks are in the common area. If you buy
enough racks (like three), we'll cage off the space and you'll on
longer require escort.
