Sprint BGP filters in 207.x.x.x?

MCI announces smaller routes for its customers that do not use the CIDR
blocks given to MCI. If you brought address space to MCI they would
announce it. The most important thing is that on NEW CIDR blocks they
stay aggregated. This is why Sprint will not listen to the announcement
of /18 or less address space in the 207.xx/8 block. Painful but effective.
