Spammers

I may be on the wrong list here but here it goes.

Can someone direct me to the right place for complaining about a US ISP who
continues to host a know spammer. We can block his domain but this might not
be fair to others. I have spoken to the LA providor (who I will not name as
yet) after he refused to answer e-mail. However calling the US from
Australia can get expensive. Any ideas where to turn?

or the providers upstream would be an even better bet (if they have one)

Sam

Could you be kind enough to tell me the name of the provider? We
recently had a problem with a LA provider's customer bouncing mail off of
a customer's server. Unfortunately, I'd have to dig for the specifics.

If this is still going on I'd like to blackhole their entire netblock to
prevent it from happening again.

Thanx.

Sorry, Didn't mean for my response to go to all of nanog.

Geez, you'd think that after nearly 7 years on the internet and many many
hundreds of e-mails sent, I'd learn to double check my to: and cc: fields.
