Something screwy on the net today

I'm not sure what's causing it...but I'm getting lots of DUPs back.
Anyone else seeing similar things?

ok...while typing the message, I did call Sprintlink's NOC...and after
about 20 minutes of talking and having them "check things", they said
they'd keep looking and let me know what they found. I got a call back a
few minutes later that they had a router with primary and backup
interfaces both on by accident, and that the problem was fixed.
