set next-hop based on source/dest port?

Does anyone know of a router vendor that can reset ip next-hops
(not bgp routes, but ip packets) based on source/dest tcp ports?

Nevermind, I think 'route-map floo'; 'match ip add 101' ;
'access 101 permit tcp any any eq <port#>' might work on
a Crisco.
